
One thing I have learned since doing Zumba is that you can't try and dance like "so and so". I have learned that I have a specific style and I need to embrace it. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. The best way to have a successful workout is to find what fits your style. What do enjoy? Whether it be Zumba, running, yoga, biking, swimming, etc.... you need to find what you enjoy. Why? Because you will continue to do it if you enjoy it and that is where success will come. That is why I love Zumba so much..... I keep coming back!!!!
