Let Go!!!!


When I first started Zumba I was tight and rigid and at times felt really stupid. As I continued to go I got the hang of my instructors choreography and I found myself watching myself in the mirror more and being pleased with some of the moves. I found that the more I just let go and really got into the moves, the more fun I had. Now I can follow choreography so much easier and I am out there yelling and having a blast. Before popping my hips would make me so uncomfortable. Now, it is my favorite so I can just "shake it!" We may feel like we look totally ridiculous....but guess what... nobody is looking at you! So my tip: Relax and JOIN the party. If you are fired up you and everyone around you will have more fun! Time to Join the Party and Ditch the workout!
