Finding the right time


Anyone who knows me well... knows that I am NOT a morning person. I have tried 6:00 am Zumba classes and I dread it. This isn't good. You need to enjoy your workout so you will continue it, so it is important to find out what time works best for you. Does working out in the evening make you too wired to sleep? Does getting up in the morning to do it make you want to continually hit the snooze button? Or does a 9am class sound better to you? Try working out in the morning for a week and try some classes at night. Figure out what is best for you to keep you going.
